Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time set aside just for you. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment or a cancellation charge will apply.

Payment Methods
I accept cash or checks. I do not accept credit cards. Your payment for treatment is expected at the time of treatment.

DIRECTIONS TO THE OFFICE

From the South – Baltimore Beltway
Take 795 North from the Baltimore beltway.
Take exit 9A- MD 30N/Reisterstown/Hanover. Be in the middle or left lane as you approach the exit. After passing exit 9B—get in your Right lane for exit 9A. Bear Right onto Westminster Pike/MD 140.
Go 1 block, make your first Right onto Harvest View Road. Turn Right onto Carolstowne Road to 151Carolstowne. Carolstowne is a horseshoe—drive down the straight part, to about ¾ way down on the right.

From Westminster
Take 140 E to the exit for Reisterstown. Cross over 795 at the traffic light. Come down 1 block. Take the first Right onto Harvest View Road. Turn Right onto Carolstowne Road. Come around to 151.

From Hanover Pike
Come down Route 30 to intersection of Rt. 30 and Route 140 (there is a Royal farm store on the corner)
Bear Right onto 140. Make your first Left onto Harvest View Road. Right onto Carolstowne to 151 Carolstowne Road.

From Butler Road
Turn left onto route 30. Come down 1 block to the intersection of routes 140 and 30. (There is a Royal farms store on the corner.) Bear to the right. Go about a block and make your first left onto Harvest View Road. Turn right onto Carolstowne to number 151. (I am behind the Food Lion)

From Main Street (Reisterstown Road)
Take Main Street through historic Reisterstown. Turn left at the intersection of Rt.140 and Rt. 30. There is a traffic light and a Royal Farms store on the corner. Come down 1 block and take your first left onto Harvest View Road. Turn right onto Carolstowne Road. Come around to number 151.
